Sisterhood Impact Alliance was born from real conversations with real women.

As an insurance agent working closely with entrepreneurs, I repeatedly saw the same pattern. Women had powerful ideas, talent, and drive, but many did not have a business plan. They lacked basic business structure, clear pricing, proper documentation, or long term strategy. Most importantly, many struggled with follow through.

The issue was not intelligence or ambition. It was access to structure, accountability, and community. Too many women were trying to build alone. I realized women did not just need information. They needed guidance. They needed mentorship. They needed a safe space that also challenged them to grow. They needed accountability that pushed them past fear and into execution.

Sisterhood Impact Alliance was created to fill that gap.

Our mission is to provide women with education, structure, mentorship, and community so they can build sustainable businesses, grow as leaders, and create generational impact.

SIA is for all women, regardless of ethnicity or background. We believe empowerment is not limited by race, income, or starting point. When women are equipped and supported, families grow stronger and communities thrive.
